Description:
Pinot Grigio is an yellow straw-coloured wine with a rose vein. It has a gentle aroma of rose and fresh fruit like grapefruit and lemon. A full and well balanced white wine, easy to drink.


Grapes: Pinot Grigio.

Vineyard area: Friuli Latisana DOC district, 30 Kms southwest of Udine (Italy).

Type of soil: Compact clay.

Cultivation system: Guyot and Silvoz.

Vinification: Wine fermantation at a temperature under 15°C (59°F).

Aging: In steel tanks.

Best served with: Good pairing with any fish dish.
