Merlot DOC Latisana - red wine

Description:
The Merlot DOC Latisana from the selected range is ruby red in colour with burgundy hues. It has an intense and complex bouquet of mature fruit, liquorice, violet, aromatic and ether essences, Full bodied with soft tannins, round, persistent and elegant.

Grapes: Merlot.

Vineyard area: 3Ha.

Type of solid: Compact clay.

Cultivation system: Silvoz, Guyot, 5.700 plants/hectares.

Vinification: Fermentation of 10-12 days at controlled temperature.

Aging: The aging takes place in small French wooden barrels subsequent 12 months in the bottle.
