Description:
Bright golden yellow in colour with green hues. Strong floreal bouquet with hints of mature fruit. Full bodied, round, elegant and pleasant acidity.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio.

Type of soil: Clayey-sandy from alluvial origin.

Cultivation system: Silvoz, Guyot.

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and refining on selected yeasts for about 4 months.

Best served with: Pairs well with appetizers, shellfish, fish, soup, poultry.
