Type of soil: Compact clay.

Cultivation system:  Sylvoz, 4.500 vines/hectare.

Vinification: Cold maceration of the grape for 4 hours and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature 12-18 °C

Aging: Maturation on lees for four months in steel vats.

Best served with:Perfect accompaniment for vegetable flans, starters and first course seafood dishes.
