Bollicine

Straw-yellow colour with green highlights floral aroma with pleasant notes of yeast and baked bread. fine, persistent and delicate perlage. in the mouth the wine is both full and soft thanks to a pleasant acidity and floral after-taste.

Grapes:  60% chardonnay , Traminier.

Type of soil: Clay.

Cultivation system: Guyot, 5.700 plants/hectares.

Vinification:  anticipated harvesting to maintain the charatteristics of the smell and acidity. maceration of the skins for four hours and subsequent fermentation at a low temperature. 

Second fermatation using the  charmat method at 12-14 °C and aging on less for six month.

Best seved with:  ideal as an aperitif and to accompany dessert. Also pairs well with fish dishes
