Amaranto Borgo Crosaris

Structured and important wine-red color with purplish highlights. Nose of red berries and violets. On the palate the wine is full bodied and spicy, has a soft tannin and gives fullness in the mouth.  Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco.

Training system: Guyot and Silvoz, 4,700 plants per hectare.

Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at controlled temperatures up to 28 ° C, short-run frequent pumping intensity, so as not to tear the skins and remove excessive plant notes.

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks and at least 4 months in bottle.
