Bollicine Rosè

Intense and lively rose colour. Delicate notes of strawberry and raspberry that contrast
with rose and peach blossom. In the mouth the wine has an optimal balance between acidity and sugar content, which contrasts with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. The fine but intense perlage helps to give the product a strong and important structure.

Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyard area: 20 Ha.

Type of soil: Clay.

Cultivation system: Guyot, 5.700 plants/hectares.

Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 12-18 hours and
first fermentation at 16-18°C. This first fermentation stage
is blocked by a quick lowering of the temperature to
allow the production to become clear and eliminate the
larger sediment that could spoil the finished product. It
is subsequently transferred to an autoclave where a slow
fermentation takes place.

Aging: The wine is aged on the lees for about 6 months.
Best served with: Thanks to the acidity, structure and
strength, the product can be served as an aperitif as well
as throughout the meal. Best served cold (10-12°C) to
enhance the acidity.
