Grapes: Merlot.

Vineyard area: 3Ha.

Type of solid: Compact clay.

Cultivation system: Silvoz, Guyot, 5.700 plants/hectares.

Vinification: Fermentation of 10-12 days at controlled temperature.

Aging: The aging takes place in small French wooden barrels subsequent 12 months in the bottle.

Best served with: Perfect with game and very mature cheeses.
