Bianco di Villa Rem IGT Venezie Giulie

Bianco di Villa Rem is a white wine obtained from a clever fusion of the italian wine grapes Pinot Bianco and Tocai Friulano. A splendid yellow straw-coloured wine with particular green hues. This white wine has a gentle and refines bouquet with floral hints of Acacia and Jasmine. In the mouth it's warm, harmonic and persistent.

Grapes: Pinot Bianco, Tocai Friulano.

Vineyard area: Friuli Latisana DOC district, 30 Kms southwest of Udine.

Type of soil: Compact clay.

Cultivation system: Guyot and Silvoz.

Vinification: Cryogenic maceration of the wine grapes for 4 hours and subsequent fermentation carried out at controlled temperature.

Aging: In steel tanks.

Best served with: Good pairing with vegetable soufflés, starters and seafood dishes.
