Grapes: 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso.
Type of soil: Clayey-sandy from alluvial origin.
Cultivation system: Silvoz, Guyot.
Vinification: Vintage in red with maceration on the skins for 15 days. The product undergoes frequent remontages to encourage extraction of the colours and phenol. Once the fermentation phase is finished, the product is transferred into steel tanks for malolactic fermentation. After which it is stored in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 months.
Best served with: Red meat, game and medium mature cheese.
